01 Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of FFStylishName.in ("this site") and every page, category and tool under https://ffstylishname.in. By opening the site, using the generator or installing it as an app, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, use the site with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

02 What the site provides

The site is a free text styling tool. It converts the letters you type into decorative Unicode variants and combines them with symbol frames, prefixes, suffixes and emoji. Everything runs inside your browser. There is no account, no login, no subscription and no payment of any kind, and nothing you type is sent to or stored on our servers.

03 The names you generate

The output is plain Unicode text drawn from publicly available character blocks. You may copy any generated name and use it in games, profiles, social apps, videos or anywhere else, for personal or commercial purposes, with no attribution and no fee.

No ownership is claimed over a name you generate, and no exclusivity is offered either. The same characters are available to everyone, so an identical result may be produced by another visitor. If a generated name resembles an existing player name, that is coincidence.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

• create names that harass, threaten, defame or abuse another person;
• impersonate another player, a public figure, a brand, a staff member or an official account;
• produce hateful, obscene or otherwise unlawful content, or content that breaks the rules of the platform you paste it into;
• scrape, mirror, bulk-download or automatically query the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors;
• copy the site's code, stylesheet or curated style data to build a competing tool;
• interfere with the site's operation, security or advertising, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

You are solely responsible for the names you choose and for following the terms of every game and platform where you use them.

05 Intellectual property of the site

The site's name, logo, design, source code, stylesheet, written articles and the curation and arrangement of its style packs are the property of the site's operators and are protected by copyright. Individual Unicode characters are not owned by anyone and are free for all to use; the selection, grouping and presentation of them here are not.

You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content or code without written permission. Linking to any page is welcome and needs no permission.

The site is free because it is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google and its partners. Ads are clearly separated from the site's own content. Advertisers are independent third parties: their offers, claims, products and websites are not reviewed, endorsed or guaranteed here, and any dealing you have with an advertiser is strictly between you and them.

08 Third-party links

Some pages link to other websites. Those sites are not under our control. No responsibility is taken for their content, their accuracy, their availability or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you leave this domain, these terms stop applying and the other site's terms take over.

09 Availability and changes to the service

The site is offered as a free service and may be modified, interrupted, restricted or withdrawn at any time without notice. Style packs, categories and features may be added, changed or removed. Because the site is a Progressive Web App, an installed copy may briefly show an older version until the browser refreshes its cache.

10 No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

Character support differs between games, devices, browsers and fonts. A style that displays perfectly here may be refused by a game's name filter, may show as empty boxes on another device, or may render differently after a game update. No guarantee is given that any particular name will be accepted anywhere, and renaming inside a game may require an item or payment that is a matter between you and the publisher.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of a generated name — including a rejected name, a lost or suspended game account, action taken by a publisher or platform, lost data, lost time, or loss caused by an advertiser or a linked site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.

12 Indemnity

You agree to hold the operators harmless from any claim, demand or cost brought by a third party arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms — for example, a complaint about a name you generated and used to impersonate or harass someone.

13 Privacy

Use of the site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what is stored on your device, what appears in server logs, and how cookies, advertising and analytics are handled. The Disclaimer covers the site's independence from game publishers in more detail.

14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the site from another country, you are responsible for complying with your own local laws.

15 Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Any change appears on this page with a new date at the top, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any single clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
