Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

01 Scope of this policy

This policy explains what FFStylishName.in ("this site", "we") does and does not do with your data. It applies to https://ffstylishname.in and every page, category and tool under that domain. It does not apply to any other website you reach from a link here.

By using the site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the site.

02 Who runs this site

FFStylishName.in is an independent name and symbol styling tool. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, no logins and no payments. Nothing is sold here and no product is shipped, so no name, address, phone number or payment detail is ever asked for.

03 What is collected

Nothing you type is collected. Names, tags and symbols are styled entirely inside your browser by the site's own scripts. The text you enter is never transmitted to, logged by, or stored on this site's servers, and it is never sold or shared with anyone.

The only information that reaches a server is the ordinary technical information every website receives when a page is requested — described in section 06 — plus whatever the third-party services listed in sections 07 to 09 collect through your browser.

04 What is stored on your device

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your settings between visits. All of it stays on your device. None of it is uploaded, none of it is readable by the operators of this site, and none of it identifies you personally. The stored items are:

  • your selected theme (dark or light);
  • your interface language;
  • the last name you typed, so the box is not empty when you return;
  • your saved (favourite) names and your recently copied names;
  • a small technical record of which style packs have already been loaded, so the site can tell when a pack has been updated.

You can erase it at any time: the Saved screen has separate clear controls for Favorites and Recently Used, and Settings has a confirmed “Clear favorites & history” action. You can also clear site data for this domain in your browser settings. Nothing is kept on our side after you do, because nothing was on our side to begin with.

05 Offline storage and the app installer

This site is a Progressive Web App. A service worker keeps a copy of the page layout, stylesheet and scripts in your browser's Cache Storage so the site opens quickly and still works without a connection. This cache holds only the site's own public files — never your names, your saved list or any personal data. Removing the installed app or clearing site data removes the cache as well.

06 Server logs

The hosting provider records standard technical request logs: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URL and a timestamp. These logs are used only to keep the site secure, diagnose faults and understand overall traffic levels. They are not linked to any individual identity and are not used to build a profile of you. The host keeps them under its own retention schedule and deletes them when that schedule expires.

07 Cookies

A cookie is a small text file a website or its partners store in your browser. This site sets no cookies of its own — your settings are kept in local storage instead, as described in section 04. Cookies on this domain come only from the third-party services named below.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies does not stop ads from appearing; it means the ads you see are less relevant to you. Blocking all cookies and storage may also stop your theme and saved names from being remembered.

08 Advertising and Google AdSense

This site is supported by advertising and uses Google AdSense to display ads. The following applies to those ads:

Third-party vendors and cookies

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site or to other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • Third-party ad networks other than Google may be used in future. Each network's own privacy policy governs the data it collects; this site has no access to and no control over the cookies those networks use.

How Google handles data from sites that use its services is described in Google's privacy and terms. This site never passes any information you type into the generator to an advertising network.

09 Analytics

Google Analytics is used to count visits and understand which pages and categories are useful. It records information such as pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, referring source, and time spent on a page. IP addresses are handled by Google in anonymised form and are not used here to identify anyone. Reports are read in aggregate only. You can prevent this collection entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

10 Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Because no account or user record exists here, most such requests concern data held by Google rather than by this site; requests sent to the address in section 16 will be answered and forwarded where relevant.

Personalised advertising can be turned off for your browser at any time through Google Ads Settings and the opt-out links in section 08. Refusing costs you nothing: the site works exactly the same, and you simply see less relevant ads.

11 Visitors in California

Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and for what purpose, the right to request its deletion, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. This site does not sell personal information. Advertising cookies set by third parties may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising; the opt-out links in section 08 stop that.

12 Visitors in India

For visitors in India, personal data is handled in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data is collected only for the limited purposes described in this policy, is not used for any unrelated purpose, and requests about your data can be sent to the contact address in section 16.

13 Children

This site is a general-audience text tool. It has no accounts, no user submissions, no chat and no uploads, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information through any part of this site, write to the address in section 16 and it will be deleted promptly. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's online activity.

14 Data retention and security

Settings stored on your device stay there until you clear them. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for its standard period and then deleted. Data collected by Google through advertising and analytics is retained under Google's own retention policies, which you can review and adjust in your Google account.

The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted. Since no personal data is collected or stored on the server, there is no user database here to breach. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

15 External links and changes

Some pages link to other websites. Once you follow such a link, this policy no longer applies. Those sites have their own privacy policies and their own cookies, and no responsibility is taken for their content or their handling of your data.

This page is updated whenever the site's data practices change — for example if a new advertising or analytics partner is added. Any change appears here with a new date at the top, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

16 Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests concerning your data, are welcome. Messages are usually answered within a few working days.
